Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the grimno.com website and the Grimno Adobe Premiere Pro extension (the "Service") operated by Grimno ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service & Account Registration

Grimno provides a local AI-powered toolkit for Adobe Premiere Pro. To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register directly or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Adobe’s own Terms of Use.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Grimno offers various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Ultimate). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay Grimno the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

• Billing: Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify Grimno before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.
• Refunds: Since Grimno offers a "Starter" trial and is a locally-installed software product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support team at hello@grimno.app.

3. Local Processing & Hardware

Grimno operates primarily as a local extension. You acknowledge that the performance of AI tasks (silence removal, transcription, etc.) depends on your own hardware capabilities (CPU/GPU). Grimno is not responsible for performance limitations caused by your local environment.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grimno. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Grimno.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the media files, video projects, and audio data you process through Grimno. Grimno does not claim any ownership over your original work.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grimno, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grimno operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
